LG.Philips wraps off 100-Inch LCD

LG.Philips wraps off 100-Inch LCD in Wednesday. The 100 inch LCD panel is 1.5 times bigger than the previously largest 82-inch product by Samsung. The panel is wide-screen with 2.2 meters width and 1.2 meters height. The panel featurs maximum 3,000:1 contrast ratio and 180-degree viewing angle. ‘’Our development of the 100-inch LCD panel reaffirms LG.Philips LCD is the global leader in large-area LCD technology,’’ the firm’s vice president Yeo Sang-deog said.
