BlueDot’s 12-inch LCD Portable DVD Player

Bluedot Japan has announced the BDP-1200, a Portable DVD Player with a 12 inch 800 x 480 display.

It can play DVD-R/RW,  DVD+R/RW, SVCD and CD-R/RW discs as well as Divx and MP3 files. It has also a SD / Memory stick slot, USB port.

The BlueDot BDP-1200 measures 308 x 202 x 37 mm and weighs 3.5-pounds. It will be available in Japan from April 29 for 60,000 Yen ($ 500).
