EverGreen shows us itsEG-D3000SD, which is a Pal/NTSC compatible DVD player that can also plays DivX video. It has a SD/MMC/MemoryStick slot, a USB port that allows you to do the same, and the icing on the cake is MP3 and WMA compatibility.
