Photos of Motorola RAZR 2 Canary

A reader of engadget has been able to get a RAZE/Canary and take us a few pictures. The phone will probably be a 3G phone and equiped with 2 2-Megapixel camera. Expected to launch in Q4 2006 or Q1 2007.
It’s worth noting, as we’re told, that this phone is more or less just as thin as the original RAZR, just not as wide. And that’s supposedly not a plastic exterior, but a soft-touch finish and aluminum detailing.
