Tinnos, a Korean company, presents us its PDA with 30GB Harddisk Drive. The PDA runs on Windows Mobile 5.0. It features a 4.3″ Widescreen TFT LCD display, 30GB HDD, a 2 Megapixel camera,  USB 2.0 and it supports WMV9/DivX/WMA, MP3 files. The device measures 131 x 76x 22 mm and weighs 200 g. Sony has now officially announced its VAIO Type U handheld PC. The VGN-UX50 measures only 150.2×95mm/100.5×23.2mm and weighs 520g.
