NTT DoCoMo announced Japan’s first HSDPA-compitable phone N902iX. It features a 2.5-inch QVGA+ TFT display, a 1-inch external display, outer 2.0 Megapixel camera, inner 0.3-megapixel camera and a miniSD card slot.
