i-Mate JAQ WM5 Smartphone

i-Mates JAQ is the latest smartphone from i-Mate. It runs on TI OMAP850 200Mhz Processor and 64 MB of RAM / 128 MB of ROM, a 2.8 inch (QVGA) TFT LCD, a QWERTY keypad and a miniSD slot, and it supports IrDA, Bluetooth v1.2. It measures 122mm x 71mm x 22mm and weighs 160g (with battery).
