SGH-E428 is a entry level mobile phone from Samsung. It has a 1.8-inch, 128 x 160 pixels OLED screen, 0.3 Megapixel CMOS camera, It comes with NO Bluetooth, memory slot and even InfrdRed.
For SGH-Z238, it is a entry level 3G Phone, it has a 19inch 176 x 220 pixels 260k colors TFT, 1.3 Megapixel CMOS Camera, MP3 / AAC player, 28MB internal memory and MicroSD slot, it can even record up to 60mins of MPEG4.
