Dave Hill, the chief engineer for the C6 Corvette, says that it is a much further departure from the standard Corvettes and more like the C6-R that GM is building for the American Le Mans Series. Its performance is similar to the Ford GT and the Dodge Viper SRT-10. Official performance figures indicate that the Z06 can reach 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds from a standing start in first gear.

Woojin, a Korean company, shows us its Dual screen LCD monitor, Tenbuno. The monitor is actually a 19-inch LCD with a 8.4-inch sub-screen on the top. The 19-inch screen offers 1280 x 1024 resolution, 700:1 contrast ratio, 300cd/m2 brightness, and a 8ms response time. and the 8.4-inch sub-screen features 800 x 600 resolution, 350:1 contrast ratio, 200cd/m2 brightness, and a 10ms response time. As you may know, those highways in Europe has no speed limit. So a 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo is used by the Italian State Police (Polizia Stradale) for emergency situations on the Salerno-Reggio Calabria highway in southern Italy.
