Samsung has the Ultra Edition 13.8 HSDPA Phone. The phone is only 13.8mm thick. The phone has a 3Megapixel camera with Auto focus, a 2.1-inch 260k color TFT LCD screen, media player, microSD slot, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP and USB 2.0.
