LG VX9400 MediaFLO Phone

LG VX9400 is now at the CES, it is a phone for Verizon. The phone features the MediaFLO(something like DMB, 1Seg mobile TV), a 1.3Megapixel camera, built-in MP3 player, EV-DO and Bluetooth. It is a CDMA phone and will be sold in the US.

Is this phone possible to work in the Philippines? Because I badly fell in love with this phone and I wanna buy it. I love the features it possess. The reason I asked is because I searched all over the net and phone stores here in the Philippines and I failed to find the phone available here. I am willing to buy and ship it over here in the Philippines if only it can work here.
