Motorola announced its upgrade to the MOTOMING smartphone, the MOTOMING with EDGE.
The new Motorola MOTOMING now comes with EDGE support. The MOTOMING with EDGE runs on Linux OS with Intel Xscale PXA270 and it features a 2.4″ 260k colours screen, 2 Megapixel Camera which can also perform business cards scan function Motorola MOTOMING supports Video Capture/Playback/Streaming in MPEG4 and H.263 formats and it has built-in FM tuner, Bluetooth, a microSD slot supporting up to 2GB of microSD cards.

MULTIPLE PERSONALITY
The MOTOMING is Motorola’s first mobile device with a dual-language “talking” dictionary. Users enter a word in a native language; the on-board handwriting recognition allows the text to be entered naturally by writing directly on the large 1.5″ x 2″ screen. The word is then “spoken” aloud by the device in a foreign language. Simultaneously, the definition of the word is displayed on-screen in the native language. Alternatively, when a foreign word is entered the MOTOMING will pronounce the word in that language and display the definition in the user’s native language.
