SlashGear has reviewed the Samsung SGH-Z560 Clamshell phone. The Z560 supports HSDPA, UMTS, EDGE. It has a 2.3-inch 260k colors TFT LCD display and a 1.07-inch 65k color TFT LCD external display.
The Samsung Z560 has a 2 Megapixel camera with auto focus and 4x digital zoom and you can use it to capture videos in H.263 and MPEG4 formats and there is also a secondary VGA camera. It as a built-in music player, Bluetooth 1.2, 17.6 internal memory and a microSD slot.
It measures 97.3×51.3×16.3mm for 98 grams.
SlashGear says:
Yet I would’ve been highly frustrated had I tried to use this as my sole cellphone, as minor flaws mar the experience as a whole: the controls are great, but a 2.3-inch (diagonal) screen needs to be higher than 240×320 resolution; HSDPA is fantastic, but the mobile browser fails to encourage use; the mp3 player is straightforward to use and supports MP3, AAC, AAC++ and WMA file types, but the included headphones – and lack of adaptor – make enjoying music difficult. My advice to prospective buyers, then, is to be realistic in your expectations: the Z560 is by no means a bad cellphone, it just might not be the best for you.
