SoftBank Panasonic 706P Mobile Phone

Softbank and Panasonic annonced the 706P, which is the successor of the Panasonic 705P 3G phone supporting WCDMA and Tri-band GSM. The SoftBank Panasonic 706P has a 2.2-inch QVGA 260K color TFT LCD display, a OLED secondary screen,a 2 Megapixel camera and a 0.11 secondary camera camera for video calls. There is also a microSD card slot for expansion.
The phone measures SoftBank Panasonic 706P 50×101×16.2mm and weighs 110g and it is available in 5 colors.
Same as other Panasonic’s flip phone, there is a button for you to open the flip.

My auntie in japan sent me that kind of cellphone (we were surprised coz its so pretty) but I cant still use it because its languange is japanesse.Besides, my auntie forgot to sent the manual. Can I use it here in the Philippines?
