Sony shows its ultra slim OLED prototype TVs at the CES 2007. The OLED TV has full HD resolutions and the image quality is great from every viewing angle but Sony is not yet ready to get it into mass production. Check out the video from T3 after the jump.

Here is a hand-on preview video on the Medion UMPC. The Medion UMPC features a 6.5-inch touchscreen, built-in DVB-T TV tuner, integrated GPS, WiFi 802.11b/g, bluetooth and a webcam. It has also a sliding QWERTY keyboard. It is expected to be available in 30 Jan.

Sony unveiled its Vaio VGX-TP1 Media Center PC at the CES 2007. The Sony Vaio VGX-TP1 is powered by an Intel T5600 Core 2 Duo 1.83 Ghz processor, 2GB of DDR RAM, 300GB of hard disk drive. It come with no built-in WiFi but an external Wi-Fi antenna supporting IEEE 802.11b/g. The new Vaio has a built in analog TV tuner and Super drive burner. For connectivity, it has HDMI, RGB, Ethernet, AV input, USB, a SD card slot as well as a Memory Stick card slot. It also comes with a wireless keyboard and remote control.

It is expected to be available by March with for $1600.

This is the Arima UMPC UM650 at the CES 2007. The Arima UM650 UMPC is powered by an 1GHz ULV VIA C7-M 770 CPU, 512MB of RAM (Max 768MB), and a 30GB hard disk. It has also a 6.5-inch LCD touchscreen with a 800×480 resolution, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 0.3 Megapixel camera, Wi-Fi b/g, Bluetooth, an optional TV module, GPS and TPM. It can even work with Windows Vista.

It will come with a docking station.

Samsung shows us the BD-P1200 Blu-ray Disc player. The Samsung BD-P1200 supports 192KHz LPCM, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, MPEG 2, DTS and MP3 formats and it offers true 1080i to 1080p HD de-interlacing.

Other than Blu-ray discs, it plays also DVDs and CDs and there are HDMI ports and Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) ports.

Samsung Trace SGH-T519 is again an ultra-slim phone and it is white in color.It has a 1.3 Megapixel camera, a 1.9-inch 260k color TFT LCD screen, built-in media player, microSD slot. It has also voice recognition, bluetooth and USB connectivity. You can say it Samsung Trace is the ‘Samsung SGH-a727 without HSDPA/UTMS’.

Samsung SGH-a727 is a ultra-slim HSDPA/3G mobile phone. It is as thin as 8.9mm with features like a 1.3 Megapixel camera, a 1.9-inch 260k color TFT LCD screen, Bluetooth with A2DP and a microSD slot.

Samsung shows the SCH-A990 mobile phone at the CES 2007. The Samsung SCH-A990 supports CDMA 1x EVDO and it has a 3.2 Megapixel camera with auto-foucs, a 2.15-inch 260k color TFT LCD screen which can be rotated 180 degrees, a 1.15-inch 65k color TFT sub-screen, a built-in media player and a MicroSD slot. The phone supports also TV-out and voice recognition. For connectivity, it has Bluetooth and USB2.0. Samsung SCH-A990 measures 3.80″ (H) x 1.88″ (W) x 0.82″ (D) and it will be available via Verizon.
