Samsung present also the S1030, a 10 Megapixel camera. It has 3x optical zoom, an ISO up to 1600, a 2.7-inch LCD Display, shutter speeds of up to 1/1500 sec, 45MB internal memory and SD/MMC card slot supporting up to 2GB. You can take movie with the camera in 640×480 resolution, at up to 30 frames per second in AVI (MPEG-4) format.

I would rate this camera 5/10 in respect to what other low cost cameras are available on the mareket.If you care looking for value for money, go for the Canon Ixus range.
