i-mate JAQ4 WM6 PDA Phone

i-mate announced the JAQ4, successor of the JAQ3, a GPS-enabled PDA phone running the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6 OS.
The i-mate JAQ4 is powered by a TI OMAP 850 200 MHz processor, 64MB RAM, 128 MB ROM. It has a 2.8-inch 65k color TMR touchscreen, a 2 Megapixel camera, QWERTY keyboard, WiFi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth with A2DP, and a miniSD card slot.
The i-mate JAQ4 measures 125x71x15.5mm and weights 184g.
