Canon announced also the new IXY Digital 90 digital camera. Actually the IXY 90 has exactly the same features as the IXY 10. It also has a a 7.1 Megapixel CCD image sensor, DIGIC image processor, 3x optical zoom, ISO up to 1600, Face Catch Technology, PictBridge support and a SD card slot supporting also SDHC.

One of the differences are the size and weight. The IXY 90 measures 91.6 x 56. x 19.6mm and weights 130g while the IXY 10 measures 85.9 x 53.5 x 19.4mm and weights 125g. It will also be available in Mid March. Another difference is the LCD screen size, the IXY90 has 3-inch one while the IXY 10 one is only 2.5-inch.

    For all IXY models you need to look up
    PowerShot models for English manuals, same
    camera but different name.
