Sony shows its NV-U1 GPS navigation device for cars. THe Sony NV-U1 has a 4.3-inch 16:9 LCD screen, 512MB internal memory, and a Memory Stick PRO Duo card slot. The device comes with Japan Map.
It measures 134×79×44mm and weights 360g.
