i-mate Ultimate 7150 PDA Phone

i-mate is going to launch in the Mid 2007 the i-mate Ultimate 7150 PD phone with QWERTY keyboard.

The i-mate Ultimate 7150 is powered by an Intel Bulverde 520MHz CPU, 256MB ROM and 128 MB RAM. Supports HSDPA and EDGE, the Ultimate 7150 has also a 3.8-inch LCD touchscreen, WiFi 802.11b/g/e/i, a 2 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0 and a microSD card slot.

The i-mate Ultimate 7150 runs the Windows Mobile 6 Professional OS and t has built-in FM tuner.
