This is the i-mate Ultimate 9150 flip style PDA phone. It supports 3G, HSDPA, EDGE networks.
i-mate Ultimate 9150 has an Intel Bulverde 520MHz CPU, 256MB ROM, 128 MB RAM, a 2.6-inch LCD touchscreen and a OLED secondary display. 9150 comes with a 2 Megapixel camera, WiFi 802.11b/g/e/i, Bluetooth, built-in FM Tuner, and a microSD card slot.
The i-mate Ultimate 9150 measures 98mm x 50mm x 19mm and will hit the market in Mid 2007.
