Sony launches in Europe the DVP-FX850 Portable DVD Player. Sony DVP-FX850 features a 180° swivel 8-inch high resolution Widescreen LCD display. It supports DVD+/-RW DL playback, 8cm DVD+/-RW and even MP3 or JEPG CD/DVD discs. Sony DVP-FX850 supports even DivX videos on CD-R or DVD+/-RW.
It comes with a USB port for JPEG and MP3 playback. The integrated battery iffers 6 hours of battery life.
Even the heart of the system is out of the ordinary, a high performance 12-bit 108MHz video DAC more typical of a full-size domestic DVD player, meaning super-smooth, artefact-free playback. When it comes to audio, powerful, integrated stereo speakers generate clear, detailed audio with plenty of punch to cope with ambient noise.
