Fujitsu FMV-T8140 Tablet PC with SSD Drive

Fujitsu announced the FMV-T8140 tablet PC, which comes with 16GB or 32GB SSD drive. Fujitsu T8140 is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo U7500 1.06GHz processor, 1GB RAM (max 4GB). It has a DVD burner, a 12.1-inch LCD display with 1280×800 resolution, WiFi 802.11a/b/g and a fingerprint reader. There is also a SD card slot.
The Fujitsu T8140 runs the Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005 or the Windows Vista Business OS.
