Samsung BD-P2400 and BD-P1400 Blu-ray players

Samsung offers two new Blu-ray players, the Samsung BD-P2400 and BD-P1400. Both of them support ‘playback at native HD resolution (1080p / 1080i / 720p), handle HD video at 1920 x 1080, and up-convert standard DVDs to 1080p via HDMI’.
One of the unique feature of the BD-P2400 is Samsung’s “Hollywood Quality Video”,while it supports also Dolby Digital Plus with DTS HD and MP3 playback.
Samsung BD-P2400 will be available in October and is priced at $649 while the BD-P1400 in September for $549.
