Sophia Mobile NANI PDA phone - Japanese iPhone Killer
At the Wireless Japan Show 2007, Sophia Mobile shows the NANI PDA phone running the Windows CE OS. Sophia Mobile NANI is powered by a RMI Alchemy Au1250 600 Mhz processor and it supports WiFi 802.11b/g. NANI comes with a 4.3-inch LCD Touchscreen, integrated digital TV tuner, a VGA camera in the front and a SVGA camera at the back.
Sophia Mobile NANI has a microSD card slot and supports USB connectivity.

I’ve known several people who have bought this product and they say that it’s best features are the t.v and vga camera. Looks like the picture quality is good too!
