HP iPAQ 600 and iPAQ 900 PDA Smartphones

HP is preparing the iPAQ 600 and iPAQ 900 smartphones, which will probably run the Windows Mobile 6 Professional OS. Both iPAQ 600 and 900 are 3G phones with HSDPA and GPS support.
HP iPAQ 600 is powered by an the Marvel PXA270 520GHz processpr, 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM. It supports also WiFi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth. There is a microSD card slot for expansion.
iPAQ900 will have similar configuration as the iPAQ600 but is expected to have a QWERTY keyboard instead of a number pad.
