Pharos GPS Phone 600

Pharos is offering the GPS Phone 600, which is actually exactly the same as the E-TEN Golfiish X500 PDA Phone. The Pharos GPS Phone 600 is powered by a Samsung SC32442 400MHz processor, 128MB ROM and 63MB RAM.
The GPS phone features the SiRFStarIII GPS receiver and it has a 2.8-inch LCD display, WiFi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.0, a 2 Megapixel camera with flash and a microSD card slot. THe phone still runs the Windows Mobile 5 OS.
The Pharos GPS Phone 600 is now available from T-Mobile.
