Pantech announced in Japan the A1407PT bone-conduction mobile phone for KDDI au. The Pantech/KDDI A1407PT has a 2.4-inch LCD QVGA display, a secondary 96×64 display, a 1.3 Megapixel camera, 20MB internal memory and a microSD card slot.
The most important feature of the A1407PT is that ‘luser can hear voice of caller only by contacting the bone conduction speaker on his/her head…to solve problem of communication in noisy place and for old people and people with auditory handicap”.
