What a load of crap. ONE damned case and think they are all bad and it just so happens you got two working HP cases and the sun shines out of HP's arses?

Dell's corporate support are second to none as well.

I work for a large entity that requires the use of heavy duty workstations to perform daily operations. We have been forced to deal with dell machines due to the expandibility nature of the units, however, as far as reliability I am must say I am EXTREMELY dissapointed with the performance of the T7400. Out of the box, the memory risers were bad, the power supply died and the DVD Rom was not working, having had the machine for only a few months, if you need a reliable machine that WORKS, i would opt for HP since Dell's policy is not even to replace the machine, you just get random parts that you have to take it upon yourself to troubleshoot and replace. TERRIBLE customer service. As an end user the least I would expect would be a full machine replacement since I don't get reimbursed by DELL for the manpower necessary to maintain these machines. I have two HP worstations that have never given me problems in the past, I don't know why my company decided to go with Dell, but trust me I will do all I can to have them allow us to give our business to more reliable competitors.
