Toshiba 128GB SATA SSD

Toshiba announced its NAND-flash-based solid state drive (SSD) which is available in 32GB, 64GB and the huge 128GB capacity. The new 1.8-inch and 2.5-inch SSD drive comes with SATA interface and they have utilized NAND flash memory fabricated with 56nm process technology. The 128GB SSD will be showcased at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) next month.
