XRoad offers the V4150 GPS navigation device, which runs the Windows CE 5.0 OS. The XRoad V4150 is powered by a Samsung S3C2440 400 MHz processor, 64MB RAM, 62MB NAND Flash and it features Bluetooth 2.0, and a 4.3-inch LCD display. XRoad V4150 is available in 128MB to 2GB capacity and it has a SD card slot for expansion. The device is priced at $230.
