This is the Linksys WVC54GC, a home monitoring camera that supports Wireless connectivity. The Linksys WVC54GC can record VGA videos to MPEG-4 or Motion JPEG formats. It supports both 10/100 Ethernet and WiFi 802.11g connectivity.
