This is Willcom’s D4 multimedia internet device, a MID powered by Intel’s Atom processor and runs the Windows Vista. The Willcom D4 is also known as Sharp WS016SH.
The D4 is powered by an Intel Atom Z520 1.3GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 40GB hard drive. The device has a 5-inch sliding touchscreen with 260k color and 1024×600 resolution, Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi 802.11b/g, and a microSD card slot. The device gets also a PHS (W-SIM) slot. The device has also HD Audio. It runs Windows Vista Home Premium.

i’ll have to get this phone
This is the best UMPC! Finally a UMPC small enough to carry without a gay bag! I love the clamshell design and it not being so tiny like the OQO and others with lame thumb keyboards. I would love to see HP and others make something similar!
