USI MID-150 and MID-200 Internet Devices

USI (Universal Scinetific Industrial), from Taiwan, presents the MID-150 and MID-200 mobile internet devices at he IDF Shanghai. Like BenQ’s MID, they are also Atom-based.
Both MID-150 and MID-200 are powered by an Intel 200MHz Atom processor, 512MB of RAM and 8GB of SSD storage. They come with also a 4.8-inch touchscreen, and Bluetooth, WiFi support.
They have also a ExpressCard slot for optional 3G/HSDPA or GPS modules. MID-200 has a QWERTY keyboard while MID-150 does not. They will run Linux OS.
