BlackBerry Thunder 9500 with Touchscreen

BoyGeniusReport reported that RIM is going to launch in Q3 this year the first ever touchscreen Blackberry smartphone, codenamed Thunder. Comes with no physical keyboard, the Thunder has only 4 keys.
The Blackberry Thunder (9500) will support CDMA EV-DO Rev. C, GSM as well as HSDPA networks. As you can see in the picture above, the phone comes with Verizon Wireless logo, does it mean that the phone will be first launched on Verizon?
