3M Mini Projector for Phones

3M has developed the mini projector that is really tiny in size. It is reported that Samsung will be the first to build the tiny projector into its mobile phones. Not sure if the projector will be offered as a add-on or integrated function of the phones, but it will cost you extra $200-$400.
