Hitachi Wooo DV-BH250 Blu-ray/HDD Recorder

Hitachi offers in Japan the Wooo DV-BH250, a Blu-ray/HDD hybrid recorder. The BH250 comes with a 250GB hard drive and is able to record HD videos on BD-R/RE media as well as DVD-R/RW/RAM discs as it is AVCREC compatible.
You can also expect HDMI output. The device will be available in June.
