Sharp RJ63SC100 - Thinnest 5 Megapixel CMOS Camera Module

Sharp announced that they have developed the world’s thinnest 5 Megapixel aut focus CMOS camera module. The CMOS module is really tiny, measuring 9.5 × 9.5 × 6.6mm. It will go into commercial production in June 30, 2008.
