Willcom 03 / WS020SH WM6.1 Smartphone

Willcom announced the new WILLCOM 03 smartphone. The WM6 phone is made by Sharp and is also known as WS020SH. It is Japan’s first Windows Mobile 6.1 smartphone.
Willcom 03 is powered by a Marvell PXA270 520MHz processor, 256MB ROM and 128MB SDRAM. It features a 3-inch ASV LCD display, a 2 Megapixel camera, support for WiFi 802.11b/g and Bluetooth and a microSD card slot. It supports also IrDA.
The phone has a number pad for phone call and also a QWERTY keyboard. To be launched in late June, the Willcom 03 / WS020SH is priced at 63,120 Yen (US$610).
