Transcend launches its DDR3-1066 and DDR3-1333 240-pin DIMM RAM module. DDR3 offers a 8-bit prefetch buffer and consumes 20-30% less power. The DDR3 module comes with Fly-by architecture that offers dynamic On-DIMM Termination to minimize signal reflections at higher speeds..
DDR3-1066 and DDR3-1333 modules are available in 1GB and 2GB respectively.
