I just got this problem on a replacement Dare. Called in and the tech told me to remove the battery, and with that off, hold the power button for 15 sec. release, then replace battery and power up the phone. Seems to have worked, he said to do this every month or so and it should be good. We'll see...

The two little dots that you mentioned are actually supposed to be tabs. Like the tabs on a file folder or personal phone book. It is to signify that the icon is for your contacts.

I just bought one. I guess it is a decent phone. I needed something that can shoot decent fotos and vids with a flash.

Thanks for the nice photo. I thought the icon of the desktop phone had a defect. If you look very closely at the icon of the phone with the box around it, there are two little dots on the right edge. I guess it is suppose to be like that.

I am very impressed by this phone. It is good to see some new technology that can compete with the almighty iPhones. Another perk to this product is a 3.2 mp camera which is unheard of for a phone.

Good read, keep up the fine work!
