NEC Tiny QHD LCD Modules

NEC has developed new low-temperature polysilicon (LTPS) TFT LCD modules. As compact as 2.7-inch, NEC’s module is able to offer QHD 960×540 resolution which is compatible with full high-definition (HD) resolution.
Other than 2.7-inch module, NEC has also 3.5-inch module and 4.3-inch module. We will probably see them soon on mobile devices, like phones, PMPs, GPS navigation devices.
