Unitek HDD Dock / Multi Card Reader

This is Unitek’s hard drive dock that is also a multi card reader. The dock features One-Touch backup. Other than 2.5 and 3.5-inch SATA hard drives, the dock supports almost all kinds of memory cards, like SDHC, CF, MS. It is also a USB hub with 2 USB ports.

Any idea if this would require an additional cable to plug in a laptop hard drive? I’m looking a the pulled hard drive and the unit now and the drive has 47-pins, the dock has a thin port…
