Tetra TPad is a rugged mobile phone that is water and dust resistant. The Tetra TPad is a smartphone running on an Intel XScale PXA263 400MHz processor, 64MB RAM and 64MB ROM. It comes with a 4-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS and a SD card slot. It runs the Windows CE.NET 4.2 instead of WM6.
