Terriable product. Firmware is bad from the factory, after a few hours with them on you will feel like you fell into a bad acid trip and everyone sounds slow and high pitched. Support on Creatives end is lacking. There is a firmware update but when i tried to run it it fails to install the hardware that has already been installed = /. gonna stick with sennheiser in the future
