Philips introduces at the IFA 42PFL9803 FlatTV, a 42-inch LCD HDTV that is the winner of the EISA ‘European LCD-TV 2008-2009’ award.
This 42PFL9803 FlatTV features LED backlight, Philips Perfect Pixel HD Engine, 100Hz/120Hz Clear LCD, a 2 ms response time and a really amazing dynamic contrast ratio of 2,000,000:1.
This 42-inch LCD HDTV is the first to be equipped with Philips’ ‘LED LUX’ LED local dimming backlight technology. It comes with built-in digital TV tuner, four HDMI 1.3a EasyLink inputs and Ethernet port.
