Kia Soul

Kia is going to show its Soul at the Paris Motor Show. The Kia Soul will be available in Europe market next February. The European version of Soul is powered by either a 1.6-liter inline-four that can produce 124 hp and 115 lb.-ft. of torque OR a 1.6-liter turbodiesel that offers 124hp and 188 lb.-ft. of torque.

Soul will also be available in the US in early 2009. The US version will get a 140-hp, 2.0-liter four engine.

“The Kia Soul is a brand new urban crossover car packed with chic design, liberating ideas and cavernous passenger space for active people with busy lives,” enthused Paul Philpott, Managing Director of Kia Motors (UK) Limited.
