Panasonic PT-AE3000 Full HD LCD Home Theater Projector

Panasonic announced at the CEDIA EXPO 2008 its new PT-AE3000 Full HD 1080p LCD home cinema projector. The Panasonic PT-AE3000 offers a 1920×1080p native resolution, powerful 60,000:1 contrast ratio, 1,600 lumen brightness and 2.0x zoom, which can cast a 120-inch diagonal image from as short as 3.6 meters (about 11 feet) to 7 meters (24 feet) from the screen.
Panasonic PT-AE3000 features also the Frame Creation Technology that optimizs images for large screen viewing. For crisp motion images with high resolution, users may set their frame count preference to 120 frames/1 sec from 60 frames/1 sec for 60Hz video signal input, while 24frames/sec (24p) signals are quadrupled to 96frames/1sec by interpolating three additional frames to allow natural frame-to-frame transitions.
This new home cinema projector comes with three HDMI 1.3 input that support Deep Color and x.v.Color offering true-to-life images and 10bit, 12bit color depth. It will be available in October 2008 and the suggested priced is $3,499.
