JBL On Air WEM-1 Makes Any Speakers Wireless

JBL announced the On Air WEM-1 wireless expansion module that can make any speakers wireless. The WEM-1 includes a transmitter module that connects to an audio source; a receiver/amplifier unit that connects to a pair of speakers; a remote control; and accessories.
This expansion module offers an operating range of up to 70 feet. Its receiver/amplifier unit comes with a a 50-watt-per-channel amplifier and a subwoofer output.
Available in September, the JBL On Air WEM-1 Wireless Expansion Module is priced t $359.
