Plastic Logic previews its electronic reading device with the gamechanging Plastic Electronics Display at the DEMOfall 08. The Plastic Logic reader comes in a form factor of a 8.5 x 11-inch paper. It make use of highresolution transistor arrays on flexible plastic substrates, manufactured at a low temperature.

It can read a full range of business document formats, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and Adobe PDFs, as well as newspapers, periodicals and books.

This plastic reader utilizes also the E Ink technology for better readability and low power consumption. The company is going to ship its first business product in first half of 2009.
